Great product but size too big

The product seems wonderful. However, The size is one size bigger. However, I could check it only after a week since I was traveling. Can I still get it exchanged to one size smaller?

Is nice. But I find it difficult to wear it. But walking is different from the normal shoes.

The sock-shoes are ok. They are somewhat warm to wear. Delivery was quick and contact maintained. But they sent me the wrong size- not the size I ordered.. so way too big.
